Proposed Adaptive Reuse


Produced for NewStudio Architecture (St. Paul, Minn.). Documenting existing conditions of a former warehouse/chemical production facility in St. Paul, MN. Schematic design drawings and design development of a proposed fit out which would allow the site to continue to serve light-industrial use, while providing space for more contemporary office environments as well as an art gallery.
