Minneapolis Basement Renovation


Produced for NewStudio Architecture (St. Paul, Minn.).  A modest proposal to renovate an under-used, largely unfinished basement in the historic Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis. My involvement included the on-site field documentation, production of as-built drawings, design development drawings, early 3D and perspective views to illustrate concepts to client, as well as preliminary pricing estimates and communication with local contractors and subcontractors.
