As-Built Sets and Existing Conditions Documentation


Produced for NewStudio Architecture (St. Paul, Minn.). Documenting existing conditions, including structure, build-outs, finishes, mechanical systems and ductwork, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures and piping. This work is done at a variety of sites for a commercial retail tenant as a part of their budgeting, design, and lease arrangement process. I have experience with several of these types of drawing sets, at sites ranging from standalone buildings, interior and outdoor mall locations, as well as new construction. These drawings are created with a high degree of detail, in order to represent any potentially non-compliant or undesirable conditions before client lease execution
